Northern Lites, Inc. is excited to
offer you the Strongest Spindle available. The New NL Yamaha spindle is
1.53 lbs. lighter than stock. It is produced from a steel
with strength approaching 280 KSI (KSI=Thousand pounds per square inch!)
This is compared to the 6061T6 stock spindles which are chromoly non-heat
treated spindle at 45 KSI, a 7056T6 Spindle at 83 KSI, or
a 4130 Chromolly Spindle at 45 KSI. This NEW "Super Steel" won't rust and
has been heat treated to a deep freeze strength of 270K. You can see why we are so
excited! This NL3 Spindle comes with Delrin Bushings on the Ski
Axle. It is complete, and ready to install on your sled.
